Module integrating the Azure specific extensions for FileStag

`scistag.filestag.azure.azure_blob_path`	Defines the class `AzureBlobPath` which describes a path to a resource in an Azure blob storage such as the account name, container name, access key etc.
`scistag.filestag.azure.azure_storage_file_sink`	Implements the class `AzureStorageFileSink` which helps storing files in an Azure Storage.
`scistag.filestag.azure.azure_storage_file_source`	Implements the `AzureStorageFileSource` class which allows iterating files stored in an Azure Blob Storage
